2023 Client Conference

Bank of America’s Workplace Benefits Client Conference is the cornerstone of its annual event calendar, bringing together hundreds of plan sponsors, consultants, and institutional clients to explore the future of financial wellness. The 2023 Client Conference in Palm Desert, CA, needed a rejuvenating look and theme post-pandemic, while adhering to firm brand guidelines and legal standards.

MY ROLE

Using the client’s central message, I developed the visual theme, establishing visual cues, text treatments, photography style, and color system. I orchestrated cohesive, branded experiences across general wayfinding signage, digital engagement tools, gamification solutions, presentations, and internal alignment playbooks.

My team had a 20+ year partnership with Bank of America and had helped establish the Workplace Benefits Client Conference as a respected and anticipated event. By understanding the objectives, audience, and evolving expectations of their event programs, I was able to continue the relationship in functioning as a true extension of BofA’s event and brand leadership—planning, creating, and delivering with speed, precision, and care. My work on this conference elevated it to become more immersive, with brand-aligned experiences that educate, inspire, and strengthen client relationships.
