Challange

Since 2000, American Community Bank and Trust has focused on strong relationship building and forming deep community roots. But they felt their current visual identity did not yet reflect their growth, ambition, or position in the market. As they continue to expand and connect with both established and emerging business owners, they wanted their brand to project the same trust and satisfaction they deliver in every client interaction.

MY ROLE

I developed a new visual expression for use across all touchpoints, focusing on new elements, expanded color palette, and patterns to supercharge their branding and visual identity.

Elevated a community brand to better align with its growth trajectory and competitive positioning.

My team and I strategized with the client over future growth and deeper community engagement, and went above and beyond in transforming the foundation of their brand. The solution was a familiar, but sophisticated identity that emphasizes people and credibility.

Keeping the original logo untouched, the 35-degree star became a visual motif, serving as a cornerstone of the project, and spotlighting ACBT as a northern-star for community banking.
